What does your project process look like?
Four phases: (1) Discovery & Brief — site visits, stakeholder interviews, written brief; (2) Design & Documentation — concept design, structural and MEP coordination, tender-ready drawings; (3) Build & Supervise — lump-sum or cost-plus delivery with weekly progress reports; (4) Handover & Care — snag-free handover, full O&M manual and a 24-month defects warranty.
Do you offer a warranty on completed work?
Yes — every project is delivered with a 24-month defects warranty and a complete operations & maintenance manual at handover. Materials and structural systems are specified for a 100-year horizon, not a 10-year handover.
Do you work outside Kigali?
Yes. While our studio is in Kigali, we deliver projects across all of Rwanda — including the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Provinces — and selectively across East Africa. Recent works span Musanze, Bugesera, Kacyiru, Nyarutarama and Rubavu.
What languages does your team work in?
Our team works fluently in English, Kinyarwanda and French — the three working languages of Rwanda — so all client communication, contracts and on-site coordination happen in your preferred language.
